Online Payments

Medical Arts, Ltd., does not currently accept online payments through any portal. Any third party portal claiming to accept payments on our behalf is not authorized to do so. We urge patients not to use these online payment portals, and to instead pay any bills by contacting our office at:

If we do begin to accept payments online, we will make sure you are well informed! However, at this time, bills should be paid directly to our office.

Does Medical Arts accept online payments?
Not at this time. Please pay any outstanding bills by contacting our office staff.

I found a website claims I can pay my Medical Arts bill online, should I use it?
No.

Third party services to pay bills online do exist, but we are not affiliated with any of them. We strongly advise that patients do not use these services, as we cannot control what these services do with your payment.

Why should I avoid third-party payment companies?
Third-party bill paying companies charge users a service fee to pay for services online. They make their profit off the service fee, and, in theory, submit the payment on their users’ behalf. 

However, because you are not paying your bill directly, serious problems can arise. Some of these companies do not pay their users’ bills in a timely manner, which can lead to late fees. If there are issues with payment, like an incorrect card number or an incorrect payment amount, it becomes much more difficult for us to contact patients about the problem. At worst, these companies can be scam artists, who never submit your payment, and instead, keep the money for themselves. 

Medical Arts currently does not work with any website to accept payments online. If you would like to make a payment, please contact our office staff.
